Located in Springfield Georgia, this park was dedicated to those who served on November 11, 2002.
The park features a wall bearing the names of more than 3,300 local war veterans and a monument with the names of the 10 residents killed in Vietnam, four killed in Korea, 12 in World War II, three in World War I, 21 in the Civil War, and seven in the Revolutionary War.
The 2017 Veterans Day Service will be on November 11, 2017 at 11am

Clyo Georgia is located 8 miles north of Springfield Georgia on Ga. Hwy 119. There are two Georgia Historical markers in this small town. Clyo is a farming community, it has a post office , several churches and access to the Savannah River. It’s a treat if you like history.
