On January 3, 2018 Coastal Georgia and South Carolina had up to 4 inches of snow in some locations.  Rincon Georgia located just west of Savannah had a “snow day” so everyone got in on the fun….With an average of 0 inches of annual snowfall you can understand why there is so much excitement
